EKS is manufacturing hotel beds with multispring system. Multispring system is a new technological product constituteing the basic frame of orthopedic mattresses. Human spine draws an " S " while standing. Maintenance of this " S " position is inevitable for a healty sleep while lying on the mattresses.

Employed twice as many in the Multispring system as in the others, the springs ansure spot elasticity while providing a resistane against the body weight. In the formation of the spring system which has been desingned in theree zones, steel wire of high carbon with a dia of 2,0 mm is used, and its strength enhanced by subjecting it to thermal process during production.

High density block sponge which may easily absorb any external weights and impacts and shall not be deformed for many years is used around the spring frame of the mattresses.

Non-flammable Fabric :

Our company uses special après fabrics delaying the flame and preventing to cause any fire danger for any reasons at hotels, hospitals and dormitories where many people reside.

Hygenic and Antibacterial :

Yatsan can apply après including special chemicals preventing the bacteria's and provides hygienic sleep.

H-Bed Types

Crown

The concept of orthopedic that is every time told and advised, can be explained as the "S" position of the body while standing. This position can be saved while sleeping and providing comfort.

"Crown Ped" provides this. The spring system that is needed for hardness are spread to two both parts of the bed. This provides all orthopedic specialties to our body and backbones. This supports our body at each points and the remaining second ped is so elastic that softens the hard spring system.

This elasticity increases the delicateness of the bed and the orthopedics is doubled for the body. The sufficient usage and the life of the bed will increase as well.

And these layers arranges the body heat and the bed heat and provides a fast and comfortable sleep.

The series of Harem and Soft Harem that you can use for many years provides orthopedic to your body with its high density sponge layer. It also saves body heat with its fibers and thermo bonds.

Single matress and double bed choice are available for all models with various dimensions. The fabrics can be manufactured as flame retardant also.

This special platinum fabric manufactured by full cotton, invites you a perfect sleep with its softness and comfort.

The extra soft silicon sponge lets your body to lay on and keeps you away from the motions of your partner. High carbon steel wires with a radius of 2,2 mm is used for the spring system designed as three zones and it is processed with heat resistance during production to increase its resistance.

Around the spring skeleton of the bed, high density block sponge is used which can not be deformed for many years and absorb the outer attacks and weights. For all models, at various sizes, single and twin beds can be manufactured with special flame delaying upholstery.

Spring cadaver MULTI SPRING SYSTEM

• Multi spring system with 2,00 mm radius C 65 Carbon steel.
• Width spirals are manufactured with 1.4 C 65 carbon steel.
• As the side frame wire can easily be deformed when sit on the sides of the bed, this is not used. Instead this, we prefer to used high density (30DN)hard sponge frame with 6x14 cm size as this gave out better results at our tests.
• Spring quantity is 220 pieces /m2
• The average cadaver weight is 5,200 kgs/m2

• 600 gr/m2 thermo-vat special soft felt

Capitone:

• This fabric is used for Multi-spring orthopedic bed’s production and it has the Turkish Standards Institution Certificate woven with special drawings for local and foreign market.
• When specially ordered, we can apply flame delaying après and chemicals to this fabric.

• 0,8 mm thickness, 2 plies, (structure at high density 26 DN) super soft sponge.
• 17 gr / m2 carrying webbing
